The CaptureScore™ is a proprietary algorithmic rating developed by AuraCenzo Holdings LLC. It is based on publicly available dividend data and is designed solely to help users understand potential short-term dividend capture conditions. The CaptureScore:

  • Is not a prediction of future stock price movements
  • Is not a guarantee that a dividend capture trade will be profitable
  • Does not account for brokerage commissions, bid-ask spreads, or other transaction costs that may reduce or eliminate any potential profit
  • Does not account for individual tax circumstances
  • Is based on limited historical data that may not be representative of future market conditions
  • May reflect data errors or delays from third-party data providers
  • Has not been independently audited or verified

CaptureGrade™ is a deterministic letter grade, A through F, computed by CaptureDiv's scoring engine from filed and vendor-supplied figures — payout ratio, cash coverage, dividend record, and balance-sheet leverage — and ranked against the company's own peer group of the same security type. It is not produced by artificial intelligence, it is a rank rather than a prediction that a dividend will or will not be cut, and it is not investment advice.

CaptureGrade™ is our opinion, computed by a fixed method from figures the company itself has filed with the SEC, with the factor readings behind each grade shown on that company's stock page. It is not a statement of fact about a company's conduct, management or prospects.

The accompanying percentile states where inside the band the company sits. CaptureGrade™:

  • Reflects measured figures at a specific point in time and may become outdated quickly
  • Is based on limited financial data that may be incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed
  • Does not constitute a guarantee that any company will maintain, increase, or not cut its dividend
  • Does not account for all factors that may affect a company's ability to pay dividends, including macroeconomic conditions, regulatory changes, management decisions, and unforeseen events
  • Should not be the sole basis for any investment decision

  • AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or "hallucinations" — plausible-sounding but factually incorrect statements
  • AI models have knowledge cutoffs and may not reflect the most current information
  • AI analysis of company earnings press releases may misinterpret management statements or miss important context
  • AI-generated content has not been reviewed or verified by a licensed financial professional
  • AI content should be treated as a starting point for your own research, never as a definitive conclusion

8. Dividend Capture Strategy Risk Disclosure

Dividend capture is a speculative short-term trading strategy that involves significant risks, including:

PRICE DROP RISK: Stock prices typically decline by approximately the dividend amount on the ex-dividend date. There is no guarantee the price will recover to pre-ex-date levels within any particular timeframe.

TIMING RISK: Successfully executing a dividend capture trade requires precise entry and exit timing. Market conditions, liquidity, and execution delays may prevent you from buying or selling at intended prices.

TAX RISK: Dividends received through capture strategies are typically taxed as ordinary income (not at the lower qualified dividend rate) because the qualified dividend holding period (61+ days) is not met. This significantly reduces the net benefit of many capture trades. Consult a tax professional before pursuing dividend capture strategies.

TRANSACTION COST RISK: Brokerage commissions, bid-ask spreads, and other transaction costs reduce or may eliminate any profit from dividend capture trades, especially for smaller positions or lower-yield stocks.

  • Cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party data
  • Is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed data
  • May display data that differs from other sources due to differences in calculation methodology, data sources, or update frequency

10. Auto-Capture™ Paper Trading

In plain terms — simulated trades. No orders are placed and no money moves.

Auto-Capture™ is a simulated paper trading feature that uses real market data for educational purposes only. Virtual trades executed byAuto-Capture do not involve real money and do not represent actual investment transactions. Paper trading results are hypothetical and do not guarantee that similar results would be achieved with real capital. Market data is delayed. We do not state a maximum delay because the delay varies by symbol and exchange and is not guaranteed by our data provider. Simulated positions are closed on end-of-day prices by one of three rules — the price recovering to within 3% of the entry, ten days past the ex-dividend date, or a twenty-day maximum hold — so an exit is recorded at that day's price rather than at any intraday level. AuraCenzo Holdings, LLC is not responsible for any investment decisions made based on Auto-Capture™ paper trading results.
